Joey Christian is an Indonesian-based commercial director.
He began his career as a fashion and commercial photographer, shooting for various fashion magazines such as, Bazaar, Nylon, Juice etc. Surrounded with musician friends at the time, thats when his passion in moving images started, making music videos and also fashion related videos for local designers.
With his friends he published his own magazine called SUB magazine in 2010 -201. focusing on Indonesian sub cultures and creating visual content that deviates from the norm of all the fashion magazines at the time.
Nowadays Joey focuses more in commercial directing and directing music / fashion videos in between.
